Some projects simply don’t fit into a standard category—and that’s exactly where experience, craftsmanship, and creative problem-solving matter most. Every project starts with a detailed build sheet. We walk through scope, materials, timeline, and total cost before any contract is signed. The price on the build sheet is the price you pay.
If something unforeseen comes up mid-project — a structural issue, a permitting surprise, a code requirement — we communicate before we charge. You're never blindsided by a change order at the end.

We don't have a hard minimum. We take on full custom homes, full renovations, and substantial outdoor projects. For very small repair or single-fixture work, we'll usually refer you to someone local who specializes in that.
