Owner Brandon Lynch and his wife have spent more than two decades in construction. Brandon has also served our community as a firefighter. That same dedication to protecting families carries over into every project we build.

The name Briar Creek Construction is more than a business name - it's a reflection of the values, family, and place that inspire everything we build.
Together, the name Briar Creek tells the story of who we are. It's a reminder that our business was built on family values, hard work, and a lasting commitment to the community we serve.
We're not simply building houses - we're helping families create places where memories will be made for generations. Because this is our home too, every project is built with the same care, integrity, and craftsmanship we'd expect for our own family.

Briar honors our family's beloved dog, who was part of our lives for sixteen years and came from a long line of locally bred dogs in Southwest Florida. Briar was loyal, determined, and unwavering - qualities that continue to influence the way we approach every project. Once he set his mind to something, he gave it everything he had, and we strive to bring that same dedication to every home we build.
Creek
Creek comes from the creek that winds through our family's property, where our owner, Brandon Lynch, built his own home. It represents our deep roots in Southwest Florida and the place our family has proudly called home for generations.

Just one month after Briar Creek Construction was founded, Southwest Florida was devastated by a Category 5 hurricane. A local roofing contractor trusted us with our first major client. We delivered exceptional workmanship, and that client shared their experience with others. Those referrals led to more opportunities, and over five years later, our business continues to grow the same way - through trust, quality craftsmanship, and the confidence of satisfied homeowners.

At Briar Creek Construction, you're not handed off to a project manager or shuffled between departments. The people you meet are the people who guide your project from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.
With more than 25 years of construction experience, Brandon began working in the industry at just sixteen years old. As a lifelong Southwest Florida resident and longtime firefighter, he has built his reputation on integrity, hard work, and serving his community.
Unlike many builders, Brandon personally oversees every project, remaining actively involved throughout construction to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship, communication, and attention to detail. His hands-on approach gives homeowners confidence that their investment is being managed with the same care he would expect for his own family.
